Sungei Serangoon- 
Yes, as observed, the colonies of the bacteria have a lot of maggots in the petri dish and it is also blurry.

  • The dirtier the environment, the more polluted the river.

Kallang River- Yes, it has a lot of rubbish dumped in it.

Sungei Serangoon- Yes, the UI [universal indicator] shows that it has high
alkalinity.
